"Richard will tell you himself that EN101 is so much bigger now than he could have possibly imagined just two years ago. If you can't see that, then look a little harder. EN101 is about letting people know that there is hope, that dreams are possible, that the feeling you have had in your heart all these years is possible! EN101 is a movement about helping to educate people that opportunities are available. People need a better life and through EN101 they can make changes.
If you don't make changes in your life, no matter what you are doing, then why should anything change for you? There is a saying that has been around for years: "For things to change, first I must change." Do you need your life to be different than what it is today? If so, you have to make some changes, otherwise nothing around you will change.

Hello All,
 First, I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has caught the vision of En101! It's hard to believe that we are only 10 weeks new. So many exciting things are happening!
Besides a Frequently Asked Questions page that will be up over the weekend and the new Powerpoint presentation you can download now, over the next several weeks you will see many positive changes implemented - changes that are required as we move forward. You will notice other improvements to software, systems, design, processes, security and a few more things that are being planned.
Although change is not widely accepted by people, know that every change that we implement will be for the benefit of each member - now and in the future… and NOTHING will be done that cannot be translated into multiple languages.
I have said before, and wish to reiterate this today: "My complete dedication to En101 is not only something you can believe in, but proof of the genuine and sincere honesty you can expect as we move forward and achieve even greater heights. I will do whatever it takes and use everything I have to ensure that I honor my every word - En101 is a success story that will be spoken of in decades to come!"
